went in to buy a tub shower combo,could not find any one in the area to help me,went to customer service to have someone paged and it seemed no one would use the paging system ? why ?so this manager comes up and i am very agitated by this time,and he asks me ""sir what is your problem!"" . i slowly responded""that there is not a HOME DEPOT here in town,and that i'd have to drive almost an hour out of town to buy a tub and shower combo.thank you and have a good day. it's a shame the way people who are in management and are having a bad day cant handle their job better than that. but their top notch jelly doughnut eating in store cop was sure ready to escort me outside if i lost my temper mr loss prevention himself,the only thing i saw he preventing loss on was wasted food.
Pros: big store lots of selection just select it yourself cause you aint gonna get any help
Cons: poor management and customer service
