Review content:
My husband and I called Outdoor Homescapes at the beginning of the year to design a rather large outdoor living area. We have done several re model projects over the years and this was absolutely the best experience we ever had. The attention to detail was excellent and we use it all the time. We were told the project would take up to 90 days based on our finish material choices. The ?ruff in? part of the project started and was completed very quickly. My wife and I chose some finishing materials that were not standard. We encountered some delays because of this; but it was explained to us that several projects were going on and because of this we would be delayed. This was our fault and not there?s. Sometimes this happens and I?m glad we waited for the materials we really wanted because everything turned out great. We saw some of the negative reviews and called at least ten references the company gave us. They offered us more to call. We?ve learned through this process it?s not always the contractors fault. Thanks again for a great job.
