Carl's Van is one of the most unprofessional businesses that I have ever had the displeasure of working with. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY REASON!! Me and my family recently rented a vehicle from them and paid the extra charge ""they call it a convienence charge"" to have it available at the airport. We returned it to the airport in pristine condition. Later we recieved a bill for $350.00. They claimed that we dented the van which I know for a fact we did not. They sent me pictures to ""prove"" that we smashed it basically calling me a liar. I don't know if it got smashed in the airport parking lot or they sent me a picture of another smashed vehicle but either way this family owned business is staffed by crooks. DO NOT USE THEM. There are plenty of reputable dealers that will handle your business with respect and good customer service. Go elsewhere!
