When our upstairs AC unit started freezin up on a Saturday, we knew we were probably in for some big overtime fees, which is what I found when I called the company I have used for many years, I will not mention their name. I went on Angie's list and after reading such good reviews, decided to call All Air. I was thrilled to find out that they charge the same fee for a service call no matter when you call, and that they would come look into the problem on a Sunday, and it was Mother's day also. Richard arrived as promised, and was professional in every respect, explaining the problems and issues and offering options in terms of the fix's. He even took pictures!He came back today and did a total rehaul of the unit, making it like new. I was also impressed that the owner called after the service call to make sure we were happy with Richard. As long as everything keeps running good with the unit, All Air of South Dade is officially our new AC company. We also appreciated the discount for being Angie's List subscribers...
