PLEASE BE WARNED!!!! This is no joke! This place should be shut down!! All they want is your $$ and your are putting your animal at GREAT RISK if you bring your animal to this facility. They hung up on my daughter after she called very upset about the news that her dog has KENNEL COUGH. All their dogs are to have the vaccine prior to boarding their animals. This is a serious illness and her dog may need to be hospitalized if the first round of treatment does not work. When we called yesterday, the facility had no care in the world about their other dogs that were now suseptable since roxy was diagnosed with the illness. They claim all their dogs are well. and actually blamed her illness because she barked a lot. PLEASE if you love your animal, DO NOT take your animal to this facility. Also, they have an F on the better business beareu. That says EVERYTHING to me!! Hope our reviews help your decision.
