Review content:
Being from the Seattle area, we have a few good BBQ places here. During a business trip recently, I was staying in the Crown Plaza area and researched BBQ here. Seeing the rep of this place, as well as one of my flavorite wise cracking chefs, Anthony Bordain, coming here and declaring this as the best BBQ ever, I decided to put my trust in the man and give it a try. Spending over $30 in cab fare to go and come back to this place from the hotel, it better be worth it. Well.... I was NOT dissapointed. I order their slab of ribs, a small pulled pork sandwich, cole slaw and potatoe salad. It was all heaven. The ribs, without dipping the accompanied sauce, was rich with flavor and smoke. The seasoning was incredible. The sauce simply added more to this heavenly delight. The pulled pork was very very good as well. The sides were very good. I'm still in search of the perfect potatoe salad, but this place did it well. Coleslaw was also just right.
Pros: The best BBQ
Cons: In a converted gas station. Take it to go.
