On 5/410 I visited Quick Flash Lube with a water pump that needed replacing. it was 2.30 in the afternoon and I was told it was 21/2 hour job, but the mechanic did not want to work overtime unless I paid him triple overtime. They knew the car was not going to get me home (40 miles) but they did not want to go beyond the call of duty and work 30 minutes longer to save a customers car. Well the car broke down on I75 and had to be towed to my house. The fan came off and went through the radiator. We are looking at significant cost all because the lazy mechanic and the owner Brad who only cared about leaving on time. I have been going there for several years and will urge all of my work associates to boycott this establishment.
Cons: Total disregard for a loyal customer
