The smog inspector had bad customer service skills,was very rude when i wanted to read the fine print before signing the form, didnt explain the terms fully, only give 3 days for free retest of course he didnt say tat until after he took my money, he also played dumb and said that he didnt know if the check engine light being on will cause it to fail the test which i asked before he did the test he just wanted to take my money because dmv said thats a basic question for a smog tech and he knew it wouldnt pass with the light on. totally bad experience not to mention that their over priced its a place right dow the street cheaper i should had went there because all american dont even get 1 star
