Recently, I went to All American Smog
Test Station and received passing for
my smog inspection, except he fail
the visual part. In further inspection,
there appeared to tape wrapped around
my vacuum hose. He did not even
remove the tape to determine why it was
placed there and just told me to come
back and he would charge additional $20.00 plus smog certificate and very
high electronic fee (after paying $40.00
already ). I went to another smog station
and he removed my tape, which was
of no particular use and passed the
smog test.
