I called these guys after reading the rave reviews. I was a little disappointed by the service rendered.
1. They picked up my carpets and never gave us a receipt. We wondered how they could keep track of who the rug belonged to and what our return date was.
2. They promised delivery on tuesday after picking up on Saturday but we received no phone calls. On tuesday night I called them wondering what happened. They returned the call on Wednesday apologetic and promised delivery by Thursday( which wasn't going to work out) for us.
3. Friday morning they showed up unannounced and walked into my house with shoes on (which I hate!) Frank tried to charge me more ($2.00 per sq. ft.) instead of what he quoted me on the phone. But he did agree to charge the previously agreed upon rate.
4. My carpets are mostly clean but there is one area that along one edge that looks like it didn't get washed..
I am not overall unhappy but I was hoping for better quality service. I don't know whether I would give them 5 stars..
Pros: free pick up and delivery
Cons: unprofessional, disrespectful
