I was told ac units coils were bad after a 10 min look. Recommended replacing entire unit since it was 15 years old. Sales guy came next day was very nice. qutoed me 54 options ranging from $4k for just the ac to $8k for entire ac/furn that seemed high to me and I wanted a couple other estimates. salesman got indignant with me for not signing on the spot. I had a 2nd service repair unit next day for $225.00 Coils were fin just need a good cleaning and some freon. I will never trust this company again...neither should you.
Pros: nice guys
Cons: did not truuely check out my ac unit
