I would NOT recommend this shop to anyone. The (chop)shop had told me they would call my 3rd party warranty service to see if my repairs were covered (which they were supposed to be). The shop called me back and said my claim was denied. I called my warranty company to dispute the rejection of the claim. They told me they had not received any calls from this mechanic. The records they subsequently sent me proved Meineke had not called. The manager/owner told me that they always call, but conveniently their records were lost in a computer crash. Now I have to pay the entire repair bill because the repairs were not pre-approved. So much for putting my faith and trust in Meineke to look out for me, the customer. Anyways, DO NOT go to this Meineke. They will take advantage of you and fail to meet your expectations. They are worthless liars. This is the second time this has happened to me at this particular shop. It has never happened with anyone else so I figured the first time was an honest mistake. So much for that assumption. Customer beware. There are many more ethical mechanics in the city who are trustworthy. Don't waste your time going to a poorly managed shop. Go to someone whose word you can rely on.
