Trip to Mexico is getting better and better every year. This time wasn't any different. Our travel agent recomended Sando's Playacar because the price was very good. For fifteen people the price matters. The location of the hotel was very good next to Iberostar Quetzel.We really like Plya because you can do all the water sports like snorkling,JetSki, Parasailing even Scuba..The service was very good. We had couple oceanfront room that was nice and rest were gardenview. Zul called the hotel and Lomas transfer and tour guide to let them know we are coming make sure everything goes right. Carlos (Lomas) was very helpful. Zul also called us in our hotel to make sure everything was O.K. He also called us after we came back, make sure everybody were healthy. I mentioned in my first review he was the best travel agent in Sugar land,tx. He still is the BEST!!!
Pros: Good customer service like always
