Review content:
Called them after our 12 week old Boston pup fell last night and her shoulder swelled. She was in obvious distress. They quoted $85 ""consultation fee"", and assured me we could work out payments if treatment was necessary. I took the puppy there and paid the $85. After 5 min evaluation, an assistant gave me a quote of $400 for x-rays payable in advance before anything else could be done. I was told payment in cash, or I could apply for credit through some 3rd party they use ""if I had good credit"". I did not have that much available to me at the moment, so they said they could not help me. They also refused to let me speak directly to the vet from that moment forward. I was told the ""consultation fee"" was only to get the puppy's weight and temperature, and to give me a quote for further services.
Pros: hmmm...They Were Open
Cons: No compassion or regard for animals, Vet hid behind office workers and wouldn't talk to me
