ThisplacedoesnotevendeserveanystarsatallbutIcouldnotchoose0unfortunately.CampBowWowisNOTtheplaceyoumaythinkitisTheownerSteveisnotlikedbymanypeopleatallManycomplaintsabouthisbusinessanddoesnotseemtocareeither.THEBIGGESTISSUEwithmeistheyuseexpiredchemicalstocleankennels/playyardswith.IunderstandtimesareroughbutIthinkStevemakesplentyofmoneytobeabletoaffordtheproperchemicalsrequiredtocleanupafterhundredsofdogs.Notonlythatbutthinkaboutit.yourdogisWALKINGaroundontheseunkemptfloors.whileitisSTILLWETTheyarenotevensupposedtobearoundthesechemicalsThewebsiteevengivesalameexcuse.thedogspawsaresensitivefromplayingalldayanditwillonlybuildstrongerpads.welldogshavefourlegswithfourfeetfortheirwholelifeandyouaregoingtotellmetheirpadsaresoreanditisbecausetheyareplayingallday.NO.itisthechemicalsandimproperflooringthatbeginstobeeatenawaybydogfecesandurineincombinationofexpiredchemicals.Movingon.theirwebsitecontainsalotofFALSEinformationincludingabouthowitisonlyazoowhenyoudropoffyourdogbecauseeveryoneisexcited.yestruebutitisALWAYSlikethat.ThereisNOcontroloverthesituationatanytime.Okay,nobigdealbutwhataboutthepartthatsaysthecampcounselorsareCPR,firstaid,behavior,ANDhealthCERTIFIED.wellnosurprise.theyareNOTNownooffensetothosethatworktherebutthatisnotaverygoodthingtoadvertiseonyourwebsiteespeciallywhenacustomerfindsoutitisNOTATALLtrue.Unlessyouwerepersonallycertifiedonyourowntime,Stevedoesnotcareandwouldneverthinkofevenpayingforhisemployeestobecertified.Onceagain,nooffensetotheemployeesbutallthetimeIwatchthecamsandcomeintothisplace,therewasNEVER enough staff to be watching40dogsletalone10dogs.They areextremelyunderstaffedwhichleadstomajorconcernswithmeaswellasmanypetowners.Notonlythat,butthepersonor sometimes people, that are there are not even IN the yards with the dogs!What were they to do if a majorfight broke out?Which actually does occur quite often (watch the camsit is there foralltoseeleavingdogsandemployees injured despite the fact that the website says it is rare.Ontopofnotcertificationofemployees,theystatetheywillnotacceptdogsunlessthey are up to date on shots/fleamedication.Well,thatisalso not correct.As long as Steve can make his money, that is all he cares about.Behind on shots.no problem.just make sure you have themnext time.okay not a problemeither.but nexttimecomes and goes and still no updatedrecords.hmmm.maybethatiswhypeople'sdogsaralways""catchingsomething""andhearing""yeah.itisgoingaround.""OreventhefactthatSteve""fixes""thethermostatshimself towhathecanafford.notwhatitshouldbe.Afterall,itisafactorywarehouseanditgetscold/hotveryeasilywithsomanydogs around.hehasabusiness that he does not take care of properly and it puts the dog's health at risk.It is NOT rocket science..yes dogs get sick just like children.but it happens WAY too often for my dog to step foot in there EVER again.Do not need another vet bill to pay on top of this so called ""safe environment"" for my pet.No thanks.Other issues that concern me are dog's with health issues.nothing against the sick and old but the website says that they cannot accept diabetic dogs and others with diseases or parasites because they cannot administer injections.yet you let customers get by without up to date shots?Odd to me. None the less dogs that need all types of medication board/daycare there all the time.Also, there have been plenty of experiences where my dog would go home with missing toys/food.I would ask and they wouldnotbeabletogivemeananswerotherthan, ?wewillkeeplookingforit.?Ifyoudonotmentionit.nobodywillsayanythingaboutiteveragainAnywaysIlovedCampBowWowandthoughtitwasagreat place despitethelocatio(butheynobodycan hear the dogs bark!butaftertheterribleattitudefrom Steve the ownerandalltheinformationIhavefoundout, I will NEVER return there again!I can onlyeducate those that are unaware and make suggestions,but just be very cautious for the sake of yourpet.becauseSteveobviously has shown me and PLENTYothers that heshows no interest in the well-being of you or yourdog
