This company is outstanding and exceeds expectations! Our refrigerator went out and they were contacted to come out to assess the problem. They gave an estimated arrival time of 9am-11am. They arrived at 8:45am! The problem was a bad circuit board on the refrigerator. The repairman said that he would see if he could get a replacement today. He returned with the part around 12:30pm. The part that was provided to him was not programming, so they had to submit a request for another part. They were back out at our house with the second part by 3:30pm! The refrigerator was fixed without incident. Both repairmen that were dispatched were extremely professional and friendly. These are definitely the group that I would contact for any appliance issue......I STRONGLY recommend them!
