Review content:
I had my hair straightened at 313 previously with pretty good results. The next time I went back the person who did my hair was no longer there. The new girl did a different process on my hair to take the curl out. She combed the product through my hair for at least 30 minutes. I sat under the dryer for a while and eventually the product was washed out and I was finished. I did not have my hair dried because the cost is a little high so I left with it wet. When I looked in the mirror at the salon I felt like my hair line look receeded. I figured this must be an illusion because it was stick straight now. When I got home I dried my hair. As I was drying I noticed a lot of my hair coming out. The next morning there was a large amount of hair on my pillow and in the shower even more hair was coming out in handfuls. My hair was breaking off at the scalp and falling out. By three days later the top of my head felt like a man with a flat top. I had to wear scarfs on my head to cover it up. I called the salon and was directed to Jennifer who was the manager. She told me to come in and she put a ""deep conditioning"" treatment on my hair at no charge. She also send me home with a shampoo and a conditioner at no charge. She told me that the product the stylist used should never be left on the hair longer than 10 minutes! Jennifer never offered to return my money for the services which upset me. The part I was the most upset about though is that when the girl who straightened my hair shampooed the product out, I KNOW that my hair had to be coming out in clumps and she did not say or do anything about it! This place seriously lacks customer service and obviously screening for their employees! It has been a year since this incident and my hair on the top has still not made it to my chin. Pros: nothing Cons: everything
