DR Chip: Rather than explain good deeds (like any vet should do) explain why your prices are way more than the average Vet, and why a pill (1 pill mind you) was 600 percent over online. Explain why what should have been a courtesy free ear cleaning cost me 35 dollars. Your vet is a rip off. Better yet, try addressing your 59 percent satisfaction rate on here. That alone should tell you theres a problem. Guess not.
