It does't take a lot to please me, but my recent cut at Trim was without a doubt the worst in at least 10 years! My hair was literally hacked at and in no way looks hip, cool, funky, good or even nominal. The stylist seemed completely untrained. Despite the 20 dollar first haircut offer it is not worth it! The towel used after the shampoo was soiled, the razor used was, well used. In addition, there seems to be a high staff turnover, which can never be good. The staff was pleasant but it can't make up for the lack of quality control. Take my advice and keep walking.
