as the title states, this was the worst limo experience i've ever had. the driver was rude to my wife when he arrived and was rude to me and my guests during the ride (we?re not teenagers, we?re 40 year old professionals.) the driver told me at the beginning i was responsible for everyone and they could not put their feet on the bar or their head out the sunroof (he did not tell everyone directly).
as soon as we got in, someone put their feet on the bar and i told them they couldn?t do that - problem averted.
a couple hours later, someone stuck their head out of the sunroof and before i could tell him he couldn't do that, the driver stopped in the road, got out of the car, locked the doors and stood on the sidewalk for ten minutes. i was at a complete loss and was shocked by his behavior - we couldn't even talk with him because the windows and doors were locked. when we got to the next destination, we ended the evening with the driver and took cabs the rest of the night. there were 12 people in the limo that evening and every person said that was by far the worst limo experience they've ever had.
i called the owner to explain the events, the fact that a 20% tip was automatically included, and that we ended the night early and had to take cabs the rest of the night. the owner said he would talk with the driver and call me the next day. it's since been a week and i've called three times to follow-up and have yet to receive a call from the owner.
avoid this company!!
