Review content:
This is one of the most disturbing automotive repair shops I have ever seen. I received a flyer from them that was attached to my mail box one morning a few months ago and finally decided to check them out after becoming tired of the dealership's high prices. Upon arrival I parked my car and walked into the lobby, which was fairly dirty and smelled horribly of cigarettes. The lady at the front desk seemed too immersed in her game of solitaire to immediately greet me. She didn't come across as the nicest person but I suppose everyone has their days. There was no other cars in line for the quick lube bay and still took almost 20 miniutes for my car to even be pulled in. I walked around the front of the shop and the first thing I noticed were EMPTY BEER CANS laying around and the trash can I saw were full of them. The shop was horribly dirty and there were cigarette butts laying everywhere! I was going to take a peek in the shop but I didn't feel it would even be safe for me to go in there! There was oil puddles and all kinds of other hazardous stuff just laying about. Probably the dirtiest work space I've ever seen. I was watching the tech (who wouldn't even acknowledge me standing 5 feet away from him) and he didn't even perform most of what I was told the ""full service"" includes. To make it even worse, after I had finally got out of that garbage can of a shop, there was greasy footprints all over my driver floor carpet that still wont completely come out. I will NEVER recommend this shop to ANYONE I come in contact with. Now I see why the dealership is pricier than some of these shops. They actually know what a business and being professional is. These guys probably couldn't even spell professionalism.
