Review content:
Clients were rarely given follow-up instructions for after surgery home care, which is critical to a successful recovery. Desk staff was consistently rude and hard to deal with. It is wonderful that this clinic is offering discounted spay/neuter for the low income pet owner and feral cat caregiver, but without providing information on what is needed to keep stitches from opening and to prevent infection, they are poorly serving the animals, owners and caregivers alike.
