THIS WAS THE WORST URGENT CARE FACILITY I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO!!! I TOOK MY SON THERE BECAUSE OF HIS HIGH FEVER AND RED IRRITATED EYES. AT FIRST THE NURSES COULD NOT WORK THERE THERMOMETER TO CHECK HIS TEMPERATURE SO THEY JUST GUESSED AND HOPED IT WORKED!!! THEN THE DOCTOR CAME IN TOOK ONE LITTLE LOOK AT MY SON AND DETERMINED PINK EYE THEY SENT IN A PRESCRIPTION ELECTRONICALLY I ASSUMED IT WOULD BE FOR EYE DROPS WELL IT WAS FOR EYE OINTMENT AND IF YOU HAVE NEVER USED THAT BEFORE PUTTING A COATING OF OINTMENT ON A 2 YEAR OLDS EYE LID IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE EVEN THE PHARMACIST THAT FILLED IT QUESTIONED WHY THEY HAD GIVEN HIM THAT!!! I TOOK HIM TO THE DOCTOR THE NEXT DAY TO TRY AND CHANGE THE PRESCRIPTION HIS OWN DOCTOR TOLD ME HE DOESNT EVEN HAVE PINK EYE THAT IT WAS A VIRAL INFECTION THESE IDIOTS HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND I HAVE A FEELING THEY DONT EVEN CARE SO RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN TO ANOTHER LOCATION AND A BETTER DOCTOR I HAVE BEEN TO SEVERAL OTHER URGENT CARE PLACES AND THEY ARE WAY MORE COMPETENT.
