Team Infiniti (Oxnard, CA)- Do not purchase your next vehicle here. They have committed several counts of auto fraud, including yo-yo financing tactics, contract back-dating, and other numerous common fraudulent practices. The finance manager has changed 4 times in the last 3 months so every time you call know one can answer your questions. I am just a teacher and I feel absolutely violated by this dealership who, to add tremendous insult to injury, illegally repossessed my car with my possessions in it causing me to lose my job. Trust no one at this dealership, everyone from the salesman to the GM to the owners, Stephen and Michael Wallace, will berate and belittle you on the phone and hide their deceptive, criminal practices. Buy a car from these people and you will spend an ?Infiniti? in time and frustration to get your life back on track. Pros: None, sorry.... Cons: Lost my job because of this dealership. Need I say more?
