Review content:
In our opinion this is the very best that can be found in a butcher shop. Never have we been treated so well with total dedication to customer service. It truly takes you back to the family run business where everyone is greeted and appreciated. Over the years, Sig has always been willing to suggest a special cut or recipe. And since Justin has let us know about their special seasoning, we have been using it on everything. Try it; you won't be disappointed.
