A Roto-Rooter plumber came to my rescue this morning, Sunday, January 29, 2012 In Wilmington DE. I woke up to discover that my toilet was clogged. After spending 30 minutes trying to plunge and snake the drain it was time to call a professional plumber. The first plumber I called wasn't available until the next day. Since I live in a bungalow with only one bathroom I needed my toilet fixed right away. When I called Roto-Rooter they said they could send some one out to my house within two hours with no extra charges for being a Sunday. They then called back 10 minutes later stating some one would be to my house in one hour. I had the pleasure of having Jemal (#75-1535) as the service tech. He arrived on time and was very professional, courteous and clean. Jemal was very thorough and unclogged the toilet quickly only to discover the pipe further down became clogged. He worked the entire time (approx 2 hrs) and kept me informed of what he was doing and the cost. I was very pleased with the service I received and would definitely use and recommend Rotor-Rooter for any future plumbing problems or emergencies. Thank you Rotor-Rooter for coming to my rescue!
