Review content:
I first went to Eyeglass World almost 5 years ago. I had a lot of problems but kept patiently going back. The next time I went back was last April for an exam. I took the Rx to Sam's Club for my glasses. I could not see far away without taking off the glasses. Sam's said the Rx was not right and sent me back to Eyeglass World. After multiple trips back and forth with each saying it was the other's fault, I finally went to the Eyeglass World in Las Vegas. Of course, they wouldn't do anything because everything had originated in Springfield, MO. After several attempts to get the Rx figured out, I was told to come in for a new exam. When I returned for the exam, my chart was no where to be found. I waited awhile and tried again. Same thing ... no chart. I travel extensively and am not in town very often or for very long so these multiple visits were extremely inconvenient for me. While on vacation this week, I went back only to be told by the new manager that he would not honor the re-exam without another charge because it had been almost a year. He seemed to not care that the staff couldn't even locate my chart for about 5 or 6 months of that time. I'm done with them. In 5 years, I can honestly say the service I received was very inadequate.
