I honestly have never received worse service at any establishment my entire life. Absolutely avoid at all costs, if for some reason you must go to Rudy's, read the fine print in every dealing with them. The owner is extremely rude, I don't even know where to start. I went in for a simple oil change with a coupon and they wouldnt honor it for no reason. The owner said I had to present the coupon before the service although it said that NOWHERE on the coupon and they did the exact oil change on there and NOTHING MORE. He tried charging almost 3 times as much. After 10 minutes of arguing, and after it was proven it didnt say present before anywhere on the coupon or advertisement, he finally agreed to the terms on the coupon. The reason to present it before is so they can take advantage and squeeze every dollar out of you possible for things that aren't necessary. The owner seriously threatened to not give the car back as well, I was ready to call the police. I have never written a complaint anwhere in my life, but this was a horrible experience. Lowest possible rating on the scale, AVOID RUDY'S AUTO SERVICE IN EAGAN!!!
