Review content:
We had final measurements for plantation shutters done the last week of January. It is now the last week of March...no shutters. We were just told our order would have a ""rush"" put on it to be instaled the first week of April. We have been in contact with three different employees, no one is on the same page. We get different stories from each one. Poor communication. If we had not already signed a contract and given the downpayment, we would have been long gone. I would NOT recommend Home Touch for shutter instalation.
