My dachshund Charlie has been a patient since he was 7 weeks old. The docs always take superb care of him and the rest of the staff always greet him as if he was their most important patient. I have had to take him twice for illnesses and didn't have an appointment. I was seen right away and given the medication for him before we left. Charlie likes them so much that when we go to get a bath at the groomer in the same building, he tries to go to the office first. Charlie is now 18 months old and has yet to cry, snap, or try to bite anyone of the staff. They are gentle with him and always allow me to stay with him when they are treating him. I also have a cat named Boo that they have treated. She also doesn't fight or try to run away. That is a mircle of the first order! When we have been in for surgery or an illness, someone always follows up in the next two days to see how my pet is doing. Human Doctors should be as attentive. I am very happy with this vet service. Pros: Parking great; also will board for a very good price
