My experience with Jay and Adriane was fantastic from start to finish. Jay took the time to sit down with me on numerous occasions to discuss and design my engagement ring. The entire experience (and not to mention the ring) was custom designed specifically for me and my fiance. Jay views the entire transaction as a learning experience for the customer, and it was just that. He makes sure that you know exactly what you're buying and that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. His experience in the industry is evident, and it's reflected in his product. Finally, and most importantly, my fiance absolutely loves the ring. I was a little worried about designing it without any input whatsoever from her, but I really don't think it could've turned out any better. And that's thanks in large part to Jay and Adriane -- thank you both so much!
