On July 19th I came home to find it raining inside my home. The ceiling was coming down and we had about 3 inches of water. The furniture, drywall, cabinets, carpets and wood flooring were all soaked. I was devastated. We didn't know what to do or who to call. My husband found Pro Water on the Internet. Eli and his team responded immediately. They promptly proceeded to drain the water, remove the damage and begin the dry out. They worked late through the night using heavy duty industrial strength fans to prevent further damage and mold. Eli was very thorough and courteous. I really appreciate his calm, professional and comforting presence during a time like this. Over the course of the next few days he made several trips to personally check on the progress. He worked with our insurance company and contractor to ensure that we were well taken care of. Thank you Eli. I really appreciate your service that went over and beyond. This level of care is rare in today?s transaction oriented world. I don?t wish for anyone to experience a devastating water leak like we have. I only wish that in the event they suffer a misfortune, they have the good fortune of encountering human beings like Eli to help them out.
