I just signed up to have my condo rented out with Utopia Management and it was on the rental market only 1 day and it was rented! I found out that the property manager showed it at 7:30 in the morning and had it rented by 3:30 that same day. I am so happy that they were willing to change their work hours to accommodate this woman because my condo is in a bad part of town.
