I'm new to this hole property managment thing and i was really nervious about doing it on my own and having to signeing a contract thu a compnay. i done some homework to see which company would be good for me and i finally dicided on going with utopia management. I was really impresed with how fast they replyed to my email and how friendly they were. they seemed really organised and had it together. They fave me all the information i needed so that i can make a good choice for whats rite for me even tho i wasn't quite ready to sign. they didn't brush me off like some of the other ones when they found out that i'm not ready. they just kept very patience and stuck with me until i was ready. i'm already teliing all my friends about them so that they can have there home managed or rent thro these people.
