Businiess name:  Kush Frenchman MD: Kush H Frenchman, MD

Review content:
Dr. Frenchman is not board certified. He does the same type of breast aug over and over--above the muscle. It is a much easier surgery than to make a pocket for the implant between the chest wall and pec muscle. That is how he is able to do these in his office. That alone would scare me--it is one thing to be in a surgicenter or hospital and a totally different thing to get it done in someone's office. It seems that every time you hear about someone dying from plastic surgery it was because it was done in an office that is not prepared for an emergency. I have tons of friends who had Kush Frenchman do their breast augmentations. They all have the same type --above the muscle (instead of the standard below the muscle). He sold them on it being less expensive, less painful and with a shorter recovery period. Several of them needed a lift, but were told that the implant alone would correct the sagging. If you look at Mentor's website (LoveYourLook), they have a ton of information. One of the things they mention is that doing an augmentation won't correct the sagging breast. The only way to fix that is to have a lift. If you don't get the lift and opt for just the breast aug, what you end up with is a breast (implant) with a sagging natural breast hanging off of the implanted breast. Believe me, it is not a pretty sight. If you asked my friends they would describe themselves as deformed. Needless to say, getting a botched breast aug corrected costs a lot more money than just the aug and it never turns out as well. Not only that, unfortunately, placing the implant above the muscle has a much higher rate of capsular contracture (which he didn't mention). Capsular contraction makes your breasts hard, painful, and deformed! Everyone...Go See Someone BOARD CERTIFIED...Someone Who Knows What They Are Doing...A Breast Aug lasts a long time...So do it right the first time. Pros: cheap Cons: Not Board Certified, Poor results, Dangerous in office
