I just left Optimal Health after having a free introductory session in their Infrared Sauna. WOW! I read that it burns calories, but I was shocked when I felt like I had just ran a race when I was done. It felt weird to know that I was burning calories when I was relaxing! I am definitely going to look into buying a package.
