I called Rocket Garage Door Service based on positive reviews on Google and they were right. I called Tom around 4:15pm on Saturday afternoon, and he was at my home by 5:20pm that same afternoon. He looked at my door and gave me options - including the option of saying ""no, thank you"" (at no cost to me). He explained thouroughly and once I agreed to the work, he began working immediately, having all parts needed for the job on his trailer. He wrapped up door #1 and then took a look at door #2 (completely different issue). Again, he gave me options. I agreed to one of them and he began immediately. He was wrapped up within a couple hours leaving me with two fully functional garage doors - one of them with lifetime warranties on the parts he installed.
