Review content:
This company does what every consumer fears when calling a service repair. They will come and make up a charge instead of finding the real solution. They have false adverstising about being there 24/7 because I had no air conditioning for three days of record 110 degrees heat. And they do not honor coupons that they mail direct and have on their website. They also do not follow up on problems and hope you give up afterr no results. I called another company after three service calls frrom Will fix it (all of which I was charged for)still did not fix my air.They found my compressor too overcharged with free-on and therefore was shutting down. Guess who was the only company to install and work on the unit??? So did they install it this way on purpose to have to return for numerous service calls and eventually replacing the compressor due to unethical practices? NEVER CALL WILL-FIX-IT
