Review content:
Went in this afternoon to pay bill and buy a new iphone case. As I waited in line (I was SUPPOSED to be next) the girl behind the counter looked right at me and said i will be with you in a minute, I thought she was going to the other side of the store to maybe ask a question but she took the guy who was waiting behind me and helped him. OK maybe he was younger and better looking than me but that was unacceptable. I waited for this guys transaction to finish and she made sure that he take the survey which she said was really about how well she serviced him (giggle giggle). Finally next in line. NO. She looked at the GUY again in the line next to t me and decided to help him before me. I lost it, and she lost a customer. I wish I had gotten her name. RUDE RUDE RUDE little le girl behind the desk. No customer service. Do you know how many wireless companies are out there. You have one less customer.
