This is an AT&T ""core store"" - they are apparently run directly by AT&T - not a ""local"" subsidiary, like the one in Westfield - which is privately owned. This makes a big difference. I had received a new phone, and shortly thereafter realized I hated it. I called ATT customer service and was advised that I could trade it in at a ""core store"", for no additional charge. I tried the ""local"" one - and learned that they could not provide the services I needed. The West Springfield store was great. They didn't give me any trouble, they could not only take the old phone, but since I had bought accessories, and still had all the receipts, they took those as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. They did show me the new iPhone, but they weren't pushy, and let me look around as long as I wanted to, answered all my questions, and were not pushy at all to get a more expensive phone or plan than I wanted. They were really great - AND - they looked up a discount program for me, though my employer, that I didn't even know about! Saving me a good bit of money every month - they were great.
