After spending a month in a rental that had one problem after another, we were informed we would not be getting our security deposit back. Why? Some of the bogus reasons included the presence of pet hair (in a pet-friendly house) and the little pom-poms that fell off the ""decorative pillow cases.""
The description of the house should have included ""no pets with hair, no kids that act like kids and no people looking to use this house as a home."" Do yourself a favor and use another, more reputable company. AHKW is unethical, unprofessional, and some of the staff are the most disrespectful, rude people I have ever ""worked"" with.
