Review content:
Ledfords Tire & Auto in Gastonia, NC performed a 4-wheel alignment on my car in June 2009 a couple of days after putting four new struts and tires on the car. The next day after the alignment, I noticed the car pulling to the right and that the steering wheel was usually turned to left when the car was going straight (turned at 11:00 o?clock). I checked the air pressure in the tires and all the bolts on the struts. I found that one of the strut to sway-bar links had a broken grease seal and was not turning easily. I ordered new links which took a couple of weeks and installed them to see if that corrected the steering but it did not help. The car still pulled to the right. I called Ledfords Tire & Auto and was told that they would check it but I would have to pay for another alignment. I explained to him that it took a few weeks for the new parts to arrive but to no avail. He said that they might fix it if I had brought the car back the same day but now all he would do is sell another wheel alignment to me. Pros: Courteous before the sale. Good prices. Cons: Alignment was not right and they refused to correct it.
