Last week, I visited the Art of Modern Dentistry (South Loop) as a new client. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff both over the phone as well as in person. The new office is amazingly beautiful and clean, including a comfortable waiting area off the reception desk. I did not have to wait long before I was called to begin my checkup and cleaning. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and professional; including the dentist who made sure that I understood my particular issues before proceeding. The dental hygienist was very friendly while cleaning my teeth and not at all judgmental for my lack of daily flossing. My appointment was over very quickly. Afterwards, the receptionist staff helped me setup another appointment to come in for some fillings and, more importantly, clearly described to me what was covered by my insurance. Overall, my experience was surprisingly exceptional. I am glad that they decided to open an office in the South Loop.
