Review content:
I have never experienced a business owner with such terrible manners. Don has to be the most UNPROFESSIONAL business owner I've ever encountered. I brought my vehicle in to be looked at for a power steering issue. The check engine was on. He had possession of my vehicle for 3 days upon returning it he had no word as to why my car was acting up. He said he was not there over the weekend and advised me to bring it back a second time in which he would actually look at the car. I brought the car back. He gave me a breakdown of what was wrong and then ""fixed"" the issues and slapped me with a $1400 bill. On the ride back from being repaired my check engine light went back on. I called and he said bring it back in. I did and apparently they never ran a diagnostic on the car. He now claims it is my fuel pump and has it for a 3rd time. He verbally said he would prefer if I brought the car somewhere else and that he was doing me a favor. BAD BUSINESS. BAD ""WORK"" if it even deserves to be called that.
