Big Bend Auto Center is my first choice for vehicle maintenance and repairs in St. Louis. It beats the dealerships by a mile on price. It beats chain auto repair businesses by a mile on customer service. It is a shing example of how a small, well-run business will outperform bigger businesses by a mile. What Big Bend Auto Center, Inc. saves on marketing, they pass on to you in lower prices. They are able to ensure excellent customer service unlike chain businesses which save money on personnel, resulting in poor customer service, and instead spend much money on branding.
