I'd give no stars if that were an option. This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The receptionist is so rude I couldn't believe it! She acts as though you are wasting her time! The house they were going to rent to us was filthy and NOT ready to rent. When we asked for our hold deposit back they refused to give it to us saying they could clean the house by the next day. I called 4 hours before showing up and the rental agent never said a thing about the house not being ready. The rental agent has the same bad attitude as the receptionist. I have personaly spoken to people who have rented from these people in the past and people whe currently rent from them and they ALL say not to rent from them! PLEASE FIND ANOTHER REPUTABLE COMANY TO RENT FROM. There are plenty here in the Eugene/Springfield area.
