This is my second time using Burkes and what a pleasure its been. I bought a flat screen Vizio for my son about a year or so ago. He was watching his favorite show and the unit went pop and no picture or sound. I had not purchased an extended warranty so the repair was on me. I took it to Burkes and within several hours the tv was up and running. The price for this quick service was worth it. They charged me $125 to repair and my son is happy. MY HATS OFF TO THEM AND I WISH THEM MUCH SUCCESS IN 2012
