i worked 4 Pappadeaux in Ft Worth and in the DTC and i loved them both. the food is delicious and as a server it's beyond our control sometimes when food takes a long time, and that's mainly bc the kitchen is BUSY. but we try our best to inform our managers and accommodate you one way or another since the wait can be long. The food is fresh and the staff is amazing and i still eat there any chance i get.
