I am a hotel concierge and I tried these guys out for maybe 3 days because our other company was slackin. This was my worst idea ever. I asked for a taxi to be at the hotel for one of our guest in like 30 min. The lady who was the operator was very rude and did not know when a taxi could come. Then my guest was waiting for a little over an hour and I finally called them back and the same rude lady picked up and said that the driver came and left because they called the hotel and was told the guest left. I was the person that answers the phone and I did not recieve a call at all; nor would I say the guest left already. Then the lady precieded to say that she can not send another taqxi because there is no one near us; when I tried to talk to her and understand what was up the lady said very loudly ""thanks for calling have a nice day"" and hung up. Worst service ever. They made our hotel look bad too. So thanks for that. Never use this service
