The absolute worst dealership that I have ever been too. I had a simple service to do, rear window stopped rolling down and the headlight went out, and after confirming on the phone that this had been fixed, I arrived and it wasn?t. They said it would be fixed the following day, no big deal, but they didn?t even offer a loaner vehicle or to reimburse me for my travel expense. The following day I specifically requested not to deal with my previous service technician, but they said no, again I called George (my service technician who is impossible to get a hold of on the phone), and he said yes it is fixed, so again I take a cab, and once again, the light was only fixed, not the window! At that point I said I will take it somewhere else to get it done, but they still made me pay my initial $100 warrantee cost and I haven?t been back since. The next day, I drove all the way to Winnetka and they fixed my window in about 15mins now that is customer service! Then this week I find a letter in my mail from an attorney about a $415 open charge with Orloff, an entire year after my service! They claim that my warrantee company can?t process the charges, even though its still under warrantee at the time of service! How is this my problem that Orloff can?t work this out with the warrantee company??? Now I have to fight this with lawyers?! When you need something simple fixed on a car that retails for 90k, the least you can expect them to do is, fix the problem, and get it resolved on their end with THEIR warrantee company. I have since had other services done in Winnetka through the warrantee company and have had no problems. From this experience alone, I have turned my friends away from them and to Orloff. Also, as I find other dissatisfied customers, I cannot recommend them for anything. If you are looking for a Range Rover, I highly recommend going to Fields in Winnetka. I can verify any of this information incase someone thinks I?m just pumping another dealership. Pros: Nothing Cons: Everything!
